The Polish Agricultural Publishing Company increases its scope.
The Polish Agricultural Publishing Company from Poznań, the unquestionable leader among the Publisher of the agricultural press in Poland reaching over 640 000 people monthly, Has purchased 100% of shares of the Publishing Company Hortpress. As a result the offer within the PWR group has mounted up to ten titles and, in consequence, the scope of the Polish Agricultural publishing Company will become even wider.
Owing to the investment, besides current titles for farmers including ‘top agrar Polska’, „The Agricultural Guidebokk Weekly’ and ‘The Fashionable Farmer’s Wife’, the PWR group has widened its portfolio by the titles directed to the owners of vegetable and fruit plantations. The purchase of The Hortpress Publishing Company is another investment of the PWR. In 2012 the publishing company purchased Promark – the publisher of ‘The Agricultural Publishing Company’, which after the fusion with The Agricultural Weekly released by The PWR became The Agricultural Guidebook Weekly, the largest weekly for the inhabitants of the Polish village. According to the Millward Brown’s research, the readership of ‘The Agricultural Guidebook Weekly’ and ‘top agrar Polska’ amounts to over 400 thousand readers. The investment in new titles will allow to achieve even better results.
Owing to so a rich portfolio , the PWR will even better meet the readers’ needs and enable advertisers, who are aware of the great agro potential, to precisely reach a consumer-farmer.
